Full-time for therapists is 25-28 clients per week with a pay scale of $60/hour, 4 weeks PTO, and a health insurance stipend. Any fully licensed clinician is offered the opportunity to supervise interns or pre-licensed clinicians if desired.

Prism specializes in providing services for the LGBTQIA+ community and queer families, and offers an affirming place for people to deconstruct the harmful narratives they've been taught through the guise of capitalism, white supremacy, and ableism. Prism provides ongoing training opportunities and is dedicated to reflective individual and team supervisory practices

Prism therapists are independent, responsible, energetic, and interested in a commitment to the development of an empowering and supportive clinical community. We are committed to justice and focusing our work on those that have been most harmed by colonialism – including the BIPoC community, those with disabilities, neurodivergent folx, women, and LGBTQIA+ people. We are actively engaged in diversifying our team and strongly encourage people with these identities to apply. We will continue to foster an accessible environment and create reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities.

We do not have non-compete contracts with our clinicians, as we feel they are not ethical. If at any time you choose to leave our practice, we will fully support your transition and that of any clients who would like to follow you.

We believe that by lifting up our colleagues, we create a priceless supportive energy. We are all humans, doing incredibly important work, and we believe you should be very supported while doing so.
