LCSW, LMFT, LMHC

Full-time for therapists is 25-28 clients per week with a pay scale of $60/hour, 4 weeks PTO, and a health insurance stipend. Any fully licensed clinician is offered the opportunity to supervise interns or pre-licensed clinicians if desired.

Administrative Assistant

This position is part-time and is $25/hour. It is currently a hybrid position working both in-person and remotely, and has 2 weeks PTO included.

The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of duties that assist with operating the office smoothly on a daily basis. Tasks are also assigned as needed by the Executive Director. May include marketing, client communications, multitasking, organizational, and computer skills.

Primary duties and responsibilities

Provide general administrative support for the office including answering the main phone line, greeting visitors, distributing incoming mail, monitoring office supplies and equipment, assistance with insurance and billing in the EHR, arranging for repairs when equipment malfunctions, submitting required forms to address building/maintenance/safety issues, maintaining email distribution lists, managing Google Drive permissions, preparing outgoing correspondence, and submitting reports and other documents for internal clearance as needed.
Provide direct administrative support to the Director as well as other staff, including scheduling meetings, maintaining vacation calendars, scanning/copying, updating organizational charts, submitting IT helpdesk tickets, tracking assignments and following up with staff on the status of assignments, and performing various other tasks as needed.
Completes chart audits when appropriate, engages in the intake process when needed, engages in marketing and outreach, attends networking events, and promotes interagency harmony.

Case Manager

The Prism Case Manager will provide case management services for any agency clients in need. This may require service coordination, interagency networking, performing client intakes, and more. Case manager should anticipate working with LGBTQIA+ clients, many of whom are navigating substance use or mental health difficulties. This position is a part-time position with the potential to become full-time. Pay scale is $27/hour along with 2 weeks of PTO.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for performing a variety of casework duties, including meeting with clients, and preparing evaluations, including obtaining, analyzing, and evaluating data and developing services plans
Responsible for intake coordination for new clients when appropriate.
Responsible for providing information about the services offered
Responsible for caseload and performs record keeping functions as required, case notes, census statistical reports while making sure all records are maintained at a confidential level.
Refers clients to agencies and programs as necessary and establishes a rapport and professional relationship with all stakeholders.
Assists clients in establishing relationships with outside services. Assists in arranging transportation to necessary appointments.
Handles emergencies as they arise.
Conduct outreach and engagement in accordance with policies via phone, electronic methods, and letter and or field work to client/collateral/provider to engage clients or strengthen connectivity.
Identify and attend training for professional development and attend departmental in-service meetings as required
Attend regular staff meetings and document progress to the supervisor.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in, Social Work or Mental Health Counseling
Proven ability to work effectively with diverse staff, clients and volunteers
Case Management experience
Commitment to LGBTQIA+ community issues and interests
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Experience in the social services and courts system field preferred
Ability to think creatively and strategically about fulfilling program objectives
Excellent time management
